The Website provides information about our lakeside venue in Las Vegas, our event packages and services, and ways to contact us, request pricing, or schedule a tour. Content on the Website is provided for general information and may be updated at any time.

02Inquiries, Bookings, and Event Agreements

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or scheduling a tour does not reserve a date or create a booking. A date is confirmed only when a written event agreement has been signed by both parties and any required deposit has been received.

Deposits, payment schedules, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, guest counts, vendor requirements, and venue rules are governed by your event agreement. If these Terms conflict with your event agreement, your event agreement controls.

03Packages, Pricing, and Availability

• Information may change: Package descriptions, pricing, menus, décor, capacity, and add-ons shown on the Website may change without notice and are not an offer to contract.
• Quotes: Final pricing is provided in a written proposal or event agreement. Unless stated otherwise, prices shown do not include applicable taxes, service charges, or fees.
• Availability: Dates are subject to availability and are not held until confirmed in writing.
• Errors: We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Website at any time.

04Tours and Venue Visits

Tours are scheduled by appointment and are subject to availability. We may need to reschedule a tour because of events, weather, or other circumstances. While on the property, visitors are asked to follow staff instructions and posted venue rules, and children should be supervised at all times.

05Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Website, its security features, or the servers and networks connected to it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless your event agreement provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
